Our clients started with a small box extension to the rear of the property. This never gave our clients the space which was needed. We removed external load bearing walls and created an additional extension to the side and rear of the property. This gives the property a better flow and more usable space.

By adding 2x Velux windows and 2x roof lights the light floods into the property. We supplied, fitted a new kitchen and finished the build with engineered flooring. Recessed decking to the rear is a perfect addition for relaxing in the summer days and evenings with a cold beverage.
