Our client added an attic conversion to give the property an extra bedroom and en-suite in the attic space. A large extension to the rear of the property now accommodates a large living and dinning area. With the work completed at the property this bungalow went from a 2 bed property to a 4 bed property.

Other than the existing bungalows roof tiles and external walls this property was fully stripped back and re done giving the house a new build feel.
