It was a pleasure to carry out this project and we would like to thank Sara and Hugh for working with Platinum Property Services.

The brief of the project was to create a second living space, family dinning area and new kitchen. The garage has also been converted to a games room and a side extension brings in a new boot room and utility room.

Under floor heating has been installed through out the extension taking the chill away on the cold winter mornings. 3 roof lights let the light flood in from above. Karndean floor coverings and a bespoke kitchen really finish the project off well.
